The Milliken Historical Society was established in 2005. Our mission is to preserve the history of Milliken, complete restoration projects and provide educational programs. We are dedicated to inspiring collaboration between residents of Milliken from different generations, ethnic and cultural backgrounds in order to create a connected community with strong roots. In that short amount of time we have applied for and received grants and participated in community events such as Beef and Bean Day and Festival of Lights. Every year we have held an annual meeting which includes an educational speaker or entertainment and the Historical Society gives an Honored Citizen award. We also have an annual Spring Fling Tea which always features food, tea, and a speaker. We also work to preserve our community's history through oral histories and our collections.

We hope you will consider joining the Milliken Historical Society. We would love to have you as a member!
